SAS 029 - 6 DAYS LOITA HILLS TREKKING

The trek will take you across the long range of Loita Hills with panormiuc views. You will see alot of wild animals on foot but you dont have to worry as your guide is a local Maasai and does not fear the animals.

Day 1:   Nairobi - Maji Moto

Leave Nairobi in the morning at Maji Moto for lunch. Hike to the Olnganyiru hill to view the panorama, return to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2:   Maji Moto - Motorok

After breakfast walk in the hills with beautiful scenerie to Motorok for dinner and overnight. Lunch en route. Today you will walk for 6 - 8 hours.

Day 3:   Motorok - Otulelei

Leeave Motork campsite after breaakfast, to Nadugoro caves (Otulelei) via Narosora shopping centre. Visit the caves in the evening in good time for bird watching. Dinner and overnight in our camp either in tents of Maasai Manyatta.

Day 4:   Otulelei - Nchoroi

Leave Otulelei camp after breakfast to Nchoroi campsite, 13 kilometre walk (5-7 hours walk). Lunch en route. Variety of birds and the Colobus Monkey to be seen on the way. Dinner and overnight in tenets inside the bush.

Day 5:   Nchoroi - Nguruman

After breakfast early in the morning, leave Nchoroi for Nguruman. Explore the Loita hills crossing the Entasopia river several several times, viewing water falls and rock formation on the way to the escarpment. A breathtaking view of the Great Rift Valley descending into L. Natron Tanzania. Descend to Nguruman town for dinner and overnight in a local hotel.

Day 6:   Nguruman - Nairobi

After breakfast transfer to Magadi soda lakes, proceed to Olorgesaille prehistoric site for lunch and onward transfer to Nairobi in the afternoon.
